Product Life Cycle Assessment for Oldroyd Cavity Drain Membranes

30th October 2006 - Oldroyd have produced a product life cycle assessment for their range of waterproofing and drainage membranes.

The assessment comprises of an overview of the design, production, performance, and disposal of Oldroyd membranes from an environmental perspective. Areas highlighted include:

ISO14001 Environmental Management System
Unique multi-layer technology allows use of recycled material without impacting on performance
Use of hydro-electrically generated electricity in the manufacturing process
Preference for shipping products by sea wherever possible
50-year minimum product life expectency
Easily recycled at end of life
