Humidistat Air Vents

Humidistat Air Vents are humidity-controlled extractor fans designed to extract damp air from buildings as part of a condensation-control strategy. They can also be used in basement waterproofing projects to help control relative humidity (RH) in order to achieve a Grade 3 environment to BS 8102:2009.

The fans have an inbuilt relative humidity sensor which causes them to operate when a predermined level of relative humidity is reached.
