Humidistat Air Vents

Humidistat Air Vents are humidity-controlled extractor fans designed to extract damp air from buildings as part of a condensation-control strategy.

The fans have an inbuilt relative humidity sensor which causes them to operate when a predermined level of relative humidity is reached.

Humidistat Air Vents are available in two sizes:

  • 100mm (4-inch) - For small areas such as bathrooms and toilets.
  • 150mm (6-inch) - Suitable for kitchens and larger bedrooms.

Features include:

  • Quiet, powerful performance.
  • Thermally protected motor.
  • Automatic shutters - prevent heat-loss when fan is turned off.
  • East to fit and clean.
  • Comply with UK building regulations .
