- Overseeing inventory and distribution of goods to 3PL/FBA Warehouses.
- Liaise with third party selling channels support teams to deal with any issues.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of products and brands characteristics to be able to inform customers.
- Consult and evaluate shipment inventory to make sure it’s packed and labelled according to standards.
- Manage and dispatch new POs and online sales.
- Organise daily dispatch of B2C orders.
- Organise daily dispatch of B2B orders (Vendor Central).
- Online marketplace stock reconciliations.
- Document shipments and update inventory – prepare shipment and stock reports.
- Preparation of export and import customs clearance paperwork
Skills / Experience:
- Familiar with ERP Systems (preferably Sage 200).
- Familiar with EDI.
- Familiar with understanding of third party warehousing and fulfillment such as FBA.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
