Drybase Aquachannel Perimeter Drainage System
Drybase Aquachannel System is a durable and customisable wall-floor junction drainage system for new build below-ground structures and basement refurbishment projects.
When connected to a Safeguard Sentry Sump and Pump System, Aquachannel provides effective routes of water dispersal that stand up to tough drainage situations. The Drybase Aquachannel System can be customised with a comprehensive range of accessory components for quick access, easy maintenance and to accommodate any size basement.
Flat top system
- 50mm high
- Suitable for large floor areas where drainage is needed across the floor, around uneven walls or stepped foundations
- 105mm high (including upstand)
- Rear edge upstand for firm wall placement against cavity drainage lining
The Aquachannel system is suitable for recessed placement in a ground-bearing drainage system or on top of it. Alternatively, Aquachannel is fully compatible with the Drybase range of tanking products. Retain inside a bund sealed with Drybase Tanking Slurry or Drybase Liquid DPM for maximum waterproofing.

Drybase Aquachannel is an easy-to-assemble push-fit drainage system designed for easy maintenance without sealant. All accessory pieces are compatible with both versions of Drybase Aquachannel (with or without upstand).

Drybase Aquachannel System is used in conjunction with Oldroyd cavity drain membranes and Sentry sump pump units to create Type C maintainable internal waterproofing systems suitable for basement refurbishment projects.
This system can be used in conjunction with Type A waterproofing products such as the Drybase Tanking Range to produce combination waterproofing systems, reducing risk and consequences of failure as recommended in BS8102 -2022.
