Roxil Wood & Patio Cleaners
Roxil Wood & Patio Cleaner products are a range of liquid-based biocidal cleaners for exterior surfaces such as decking, fencing, sheds, patios and paved surfaces. They are an effective non-destructive alternative to acid-cleaning or pressure washing for any exterior surface.
Soft Washing for Long Life
The biocidal formulas of Roxil Wood & Patio Cleaner products will remove mould, algae and dirt without causing any damage to the surface of the material that they are applied to.
This non-destructive cleaning method is an ideal alternative to pressure washing and acidic cleaning on both patios/paved surfaces and wooden structures. Long term use of either pressure washer or acidic cleaners can cause significant damage to both patios and wooden structures.
Variable Strength for Different Situations
Roxil Wood & Patio Cleaners come in two variations:
Roxil100 Wood & Patio Cleaner
For initial cleaning prior to application of Roxil sealers
Roxil100 is a specially formulated ready-to-use combination of biocide and cleaning surfactants. It will kill biological growth and help to shift dirt from wooden structures and patio surfaces.
Roxil200 Surface Biocide Concentrate
For general maintenance of large areas
Roxil200 is a concentrated biocide for general maintenance and light cleaning of large areas. It can be applied neat or diluted to extend coverage.
Choose Your Method
For low-effort cleaning, both Roxil100 Wood & Patio Cleaner and Roxil200 Surface Biocide Concentrate can be sprayed directly onto the treatment surface and then left to absorb. Over the coming days and weeks, natural weathering will do the rest.
If quick cleaning is required, both Roxil100 and Roxil200 can be left for 1 – 24 hours to kill and loosen biological growth and dirt before being agitated by a stiff brush and washed away with a hose.
