Job Description 

Safeguard Europe is looking for a motivated and diligent Production operative to support the late shift team, Monday to Friday 1:30pm -10pm.  The right candidate should be able and willing to ensure the safe and efficient production, labelling and packaging of products in a timely manner and in accordance to production schedules and business demands. They should also comply with health and safety regulations, as well as having awareness and sound judgement about the surrounding work environment. Prior experience working with chemicals, in production in an environment or warehouse is desirable, as well as a forklift licence.

Duties 

  • Produce batches of product for filling to specification
  • Fill batches to standard and maintain quality
  • Run and oversee filling, labelling and packing machinery
  • Produce batch sheets in line with procedure
  • Abide by all health and safety policies and regulations

Skills and Experience Required 

  • Previous production and warehouse experience  
  • Attention to detail 
  • Manual handling 
  • Written and verbal communication
  • Forklift licence (desirable)
